Dog bashing at its best!!
Published 10 months ago in Where I Live.Surprise, surprise, surprise!!!! Glen Eira Clowncil has FINALLY released its draft Domestic Animal Management Plan (DAMP). Despite the fact that that Clowncil has known about its legal obligations since November, 2005, we have at last, got a look at this remarkable document. After all this time we have ‘policy’ up for approval which should make all councillors cringe - especially when it is compared to the fabulous, unbiased, and considered response of other councils such as Bayside, Greater Geelong, etc. etc. etc.
The test of course will be whether our fairminded, intelligent, and hardworking councillors (!!!) will have the courage to reject their lord and masters vision. Aye, - there’s the rub!

I’ve just read the DAMP. Belongs in the trashcan! Do these jokers really reckon that all of us as so stupid as to swallow this garbage? Think it should be given to all year 12 English students as an example of ‘emotive/sensationalist’ language, false assumptions, skewed statistics, etc. etc. etc. That’s all it’s good for, as an example of the lack of ‘clear thinking’.
