I quote from the December 1st Glen Eira News (page 11) –
 
“To further preserve ground conditions, Council is restricting winter clubs from undertaking any training or matches of any sort on passive areas in all Glen Eira parks.
 
The restriction also applies to any other group utilising passive areas for training or casual match playing use.
